About Jennifer Russell

Jennifer brings 21 years of New Construction experience to the team. Growing up with a parent who is a builder she has had first hand experiences working directly with contractors subs, scheduling and managing projects from the blueprint stage to the final selections.  She has been selling new construction for the past 16 years and many subdivisions.  Jennifer's key to New Construction is providing a great communication path from the consumer to the builder/Developer.  It is this skill-set that Jen has perfected and excelled at which has resulted in repeat and happy customers on both the consumer and builder level.  Her projects have ranged from single unit new constr uctions up to 41 home subdivision. Jennifer has been a full time agent for the last 16 years.  She prides herself on honesty, transparency and her knowledge of construction to help her buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams of buying or selling.  When in her off time she enjoys hanging out with family and friends.  She plays in a couples golf league in Newmarket. Jen has 3 kids, two sons (Cody & Wyatt)and a daughter (Rosie), husband (Nate), and an Australian Labor-doodle Sparky.  Lover of all live music and movies too. Living in Newmarket for the last 23 years you will definitely see her out enjoying one of the many great Restaurants that Newmarket has to offer!
